The myth of vintages ending in 9 helps to generalize the idea that 2019 would be a great vintage. The whole will confirm this fine vintage. A beautiful balance, beautiful material, dense and generous.
A delight ! The color of Château Saint-Georges is a deep garnet red underlined by a very elegant dark border. The nose is powerful, rich, complex, developing on swirling a remarkable aromatic palette of black fruits, mixed with notes of sweet spices, liquorice vanilla and caramel.
Its well-concentrated mouth, at the same time dense, structured and velvety, is powerful with beautiful fat and fleshy tannins. Its finish is long and bursting with freshness. A superb terroir wine with great aging potential
